In a previous post I had mentioned how well the Bedford NH Real Estate Market is doing. In some cases that still holds true. But let’s talk about the Bedford NH Foreclosure scene. The foreclosure mess is not biased, it does not pass your door because of the town you live in, size of the house etc. People are in trouble all over.

Bedford NH Foreclosures -

Here are some Bedford NH foreclosures which have hit the market for sale, sold or are coming.

30 Pasture Lane Bedford NH – Will be listed for about 599,900

101 King Rd Bedford NH is under contract and was listed at 525,000

4 Cambell Rd. Bedford NH – Sold for 393,000 -

28 Nathan Cutler  Bedford NH – Sold for 365,000

17 Edinburgh Bedford NH sold for 339,900

42 Marston Drive Bedford NH sold for 650,000

There are also many others which have sold for much less. 1 Gendron St. Bedford sold for 190,000, 42 Forest sold for 185,000, 18 Mack St sold for 251,000.

7 Mack St. is currently available for 199,900 and 18 Birchwood Circle is availabe for 319,900.

As you can see, the foreclosure problems of the world did not bypass Bedford. All the reports I receive state that 2009 is going to be worse then 2008. If what those reports state are accurate then hold onto your socks, I thought 2008 was pretty harsh.
